The top 5 beauty things I do every week to take care of myself! I really believe these 5 things have helped me feel more confident, glowy, and all around better.
1. I whiten my teeth a few times a week. I drink a loooot of coffee. I don’t like that coffee stains my teeth, but the Lumineux whitening strips work really well. I have a weird obsession with super white teeth and love whitening mine. 🤣
2. Never skip skincare. A.M and P.M., I am doing my skin care without fail. Washing my face + moisturizer/sunscreen in the AM and retinol serum + cicaplast before bed = hydrated skin. I also have been adding in a collagen mask about once a week that I love, but it makes me look like a robber, my kids say. 🤣
3. Moisturize. Get a good lotion and put it on after a shower, and you’ll have super soft skin, especially during the cooler months. I love Palmer’s.
4. Exfoliate. If you’ve got bumpy or dry skin, especially on the back of your arms, I’ve found that exfoliating at least once a week really helps.
5. Drink water + spearmint tea + take good vitamins. All three have helped me a lot with my PCOS, and a good glow always starts on the inside.
