20 Things To Do This Fall Season

Fall is approaching despite the current warm temperatures here in the south. The mornings have cooled off a bit here in East Tennessee, but the days are still not sweater- and jeans-worthy just yet (much to my dismay). However, the fall season is soon-to-be full of cool days, vibrant foliage, soft sweaters, pumpkin-flavored fare, fall markets and gatherings, and cozy days that make you feel like you’re coming home after a long time away. If you're looking for fall things to do, I have a whole list of ideas! One of my favorite childhood memories was my elementary school’s annual fall festival. The school was situated in the Western North Carolina mountains, so the view was spectacular. It was the nineties, so everything still seemed full of color and warmth. I explored the fall festival with my best friends in my sweatshirt, a temporary tattoo on my cheek, and pigtails, while we enjoyed the cakewalk and carnival games and ate yummy food. A wonderful fall memory! Perhaps you want to make fall memories with your loved ones this year. Here are a few ways you can romanticize the fall season. I hope these ideas inspire you!

fall-scented hand soaps in the bathroom
mantel decorations

Create a beautiful fall tablescape that you can use-I love to shop at Hobby Lobby, HomeGoods, TJMaxx, and thrift stores for items for my tablescapes.
Take extra care of your skin, as the fall air tends to dry it out. I love a good body lotion and have been using the Vaseline Cocoa Butter lotion for a long time.
